Starting as a security officer at AV Securitas Limited nearly seven years ago, I never imagined the path that lay ahead. My commitment to delivering excellent service and my eagerness to learn every aspect of the job helped me quickly rise through the ranks.

After proving myself as a diligent officer, I was promoted to supervisor, where I focused on team management and operational efficiency. This role taught me the importance of effective communication and strategic planning. With the support of AV Securitas, I enhanced my skills through various training programs, which opened doors for my growth.

Today, I proudly serve as a security manager, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and security. My journey reflects the company’s commitment to fostering talent and growth. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and excited for what the future holds!

Keith Mabray is a seasoned security and law enforcement professional with extensive

experience across Africa. A former senior official with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), he advised U.S. Ambassadors and foreign dignitaries on

regional security threats and led numerous high-level initiatives combating narcotics trafficking across West Africa.

His vast experience spans strategic security operations, intelligence, and intergovernmental coordination, giving him a unique understanding of Africa’s evolving security landscape.

Keith has trained law enforcement agencies in modern security protocols, counter-surveillance, and emergency response, experience that now guides AV Securitas’ approach to professional security management. Under his leadership, AV Securitas continues to strengthen partnerships, expand operational capabilities, and deliver reliable, intelligence-driven security solutions that set a new benchmark for private security excellence in Nigeria.
